• Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, sadly, we can not provide you with a refund or replacement.
  • Please note that digital licenses can only be refunded if this is requested to the Support team within 2 days of the purchase. No Licenses will be refunded after this period. Software compatibility is entirely the responsibility of the customer to check as we are the license seller, all software is provided by Microsoft and copyright of that company.
  • Refunds will not be provided for compatibility issues. So make sure to select the correct product while purchasing.
  • Order can not be canceled once placed.
  • Defective keycodes will be replaced or refunded depending on the customer’s choice. Defective codes can only be proven by the company only with an output from Microsoft.
  • Refund/Replacement is not applicable for the licenses used in Pirated / Incompatible software.
  • Refunds Will be processed almost immediately ( The refund amount to reflect in customer bank account depends on the bank’s processing time, sometimes subjected to the source method of payment. The Maximum time of refund is 7 days)
  • For the prevention of chargebacks, we do source refunds. It means that money is refunded to the payment method that the customer used to make the payment. For example, if a credit card was used to make the payment, the refund is pushed to the same credit card. Similarly, in the case of UPI payments, the refund is pushed to the VPA used while making the payment.
