• Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, sadly, we can not provide you with a refund or replacement.
  • Products can only be refunded if it is requested to the Support team within 5 days of the purchase. No Licenses will be refunded after this period. Software compatibility is entirely the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will not be provided for compatibility issues. So make sure to select the correct product while purchasing.
  • Defective keycodes will be replaced or refunded depending on the customer’s choice. 
  • Refund/Replacement is not applicable for the licenses used in Pirated / Incompatible software.
